A Quick & Dirty Portrait of Edita Vilkeviciute
It has been awhile since I did a portrait illustration. I’ve been busy handling graphic design and the business of it that it’s refreshing to finally grab a drawing tool and start working at it. And although it’s not perfect (and merely rendered in minutes), I take pride in it because it’s the first Micron portrait I did (and that any mistakes are left to chance or to concealing them, which is the art, for that matter). I always find beauty in the unerasable; you let your subconscious guide you and there’s no turning back. It is what it is. I hope to do more non-restricted illustrations…
